Interior Designer / Project Coordinator

We're a close-knit interior design studio with a family-style work culture that values initiative, creativity, and good energy and we're looking for a versatile, multi-talented go-getter to join our team.

This hybrid role is perfect for someone who's hands-on, confident, and thrives on variety. You won't just be designing, you'll be involved in everything that brings a project to life, from initial concepts to final styling, with the opportunity to contribute to marketing and business growth as well.

We're looking for someone with a strong design sensibility, technical drawing skills, and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion - plus a creative mindset for content, branding, and fresh business ideas.

Responsibilities:

• Space planning and interior layouts
• Technical drawings
• Supplier coordination and site supervision
• Preparing quotes, assisting with invoicing, and managing budgets
• Creating presentations and mood boards for clients
• Sourcing and styling with a sharp design eye
• Supporting marketing and social media (Instagram, reels, stories, etc.)
• Contributing ideas for growing the business and improving processes
• Assisting with a wide range of creative studio projects

Combination of projects both for the group and company.

Projects include:

1) university project

2) hotel

3) residential projects

4) bush lodge project

5) office project

Key Requirements:

• 3+ years in interior design or interior architecture
• Strong technical drawing skills and software proficiency
• Confident managing contractors, suppliers, and on-site progress
• Highly organised, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Valid driver's license and own transport
• Social media savvy with an eye for content
• Proactive, solutions-focused, and enthusiastic
