About the position

We are seeking a highly motivated Intermediate QA Integration Tester with strong experience in Salesforce and MuleSoft testing. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in integration testing, API automation, and CI/CD environments, with hands-on knowledge of modern testing tools and techniques.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute manual and automated test cases for integrations between Salesforce and MuleSoft.
- Validate REST and SOAP APIs, including request/response payloads, authentication, and error handling.
- Develop and maintain automated tests using Postman, Rest Assured, Selenium, and other tools.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and integration architects to ensure end-to-end integration quality.
- Perform regression, functional, and performance testing within CI/CD pipelines.
- Use Salesforce Workbench, Data Loader, and SOQL to verify backend data.
- Leverage MUnit and Anypoint Studio to validate MuleSoft flow behavior and data transformations.
- Document and track defects using JIRA, and support defect triaging with Zephyr/Xray or similar tools.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to QA estimation, planning, and retrospectives.
Requirements- 3+ years of hands-on experience in integration testing in enterprise IT environments.
- Strong experience with Salesforce APIs, SOQL, SFDX, and MuleSoft tools (e.g., MUnit, DataWeave).
- Proficient in API testing using Postman, Rest Assured, and SoapUI.
- UI automation experience using Selenium integrated with TestNG or JUnit.
- Familiarity with Cucumber and BDD practices (Gherkin syntax).
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
- Strong version control knowledge: Git (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket).
- Experience with test data generation and management tools (Faker, FactoryBoy, Data Loader).
- Exposure to mocking/virtualization tools such as WireMock or MockServer.
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
Must Have Skills- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proficiency in Java for scripting and test automation.
- Experience testing integrations between Salesforce and MuleSoft platforms.
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and QA best practices.
Nice to Have- Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator or MuleSoft Certified Developer.
- Experience with Salesforce DX CLI and DataWeave scripting.
- Performance testing exposure using JMeter, BlazeMeter, or equivalent tools.
- Familiarity with ESB architectures and cloud-based integration platforms.
