About the position

Integration Manager
ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

• Management of Functional and non-functional Testing (Frontend, Backend, Unit, and Integration testing) in a Java environment
• Establishing and manage Automation Testing (Frontend and backend, Performance and load, and integration) in a Java environment
• Strong leadership skills and test management skills
• Ability to effectively plan and manage Testing Processes
• Strong understanding of STLC
• Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter

ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

• Technical skills: Java EE, Java Spring Boot, Azure Cloud infrastructure
• Understanding Java application architecture and design patterns
• SDLC Methodology: Agile, Scrum, Kanban or XP
• Scrum master and other agile working experience
• Production Support Experience
• Non-Functional Testing (Performance, security, and load testing)
• Automation Frameworks: (specifically Selenium, Rest Assured or similar)
• Unit Test Frameworks
• Integration Testing Frameworks
• Mocking Frameworks
• Security Testing Tools and Frameworks
• Test data management
• Proficient use of Confluence, Jira, Jira Xray, Selenium Box
• Performance and log analysis
• Interface Technologies: MQ, REST, SOAP
• CI/CD: Version Control, Build and Deployment Pipelines (Maven, GIT, Jenkins, Sonar, Jira, Fortify, GitHub, GitHub Actions)
• End user support/ Incident-Problem management: ITSM Suite / BMC Remedy or ServiceNow
• Defect Management
• Strong Manual Testing background
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong analytical abilities
• Ability to effectively plan and manage Testing Processes

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE NEEDED:

• Relevant IT Degree / Diploma / Equivalent experience
• 5 years plus in a similar role, more than 10 year plus total experience required in Senior Technical Software Test Analyst role.
• ISTQB® International Software Testing Qualifications Board Certified
• Accredited Management Development certification advantageous
