Integration Analyst (JHB)

About the position

ENVIRONMENT:

INVESTIGATE, escalate, and resolve queries that arise in the data integration process as the next Integration Analyst sought by a dynamic Food Producer based in Johannesburg. You will manage the daily data integration for the consignment process into the ERP system, support implementation of new business processes and changes while also managing financial and warehouse reconciliations for consignment data. The ideal candidate must possess a BCom Information Systems Degree or similar and have experience in a financial systems environment and in data integration including prior financial and Debtors experience. You will also require advanced knowledge in the use of financial software applications and spreadsheets.

DUTIES:

• Manage the daily data integration for the consignment process into the ERP system.
• Investigate, escalate, and resolve queries that arise in the data integration process.
• Keep up to date with business changes and any developments required for the system.
• Manage customer, product, and delivery master data.
• Manage financial and warehouse reconciliations for consignment data.
• Support the MIS team in daily activities in supporting the business.
• Completion of any calls allocated from the Helpdesk.
• Support implementation of new business processes and changes.
• Manage consignment stock and warehouse transactions through the Helpdesk.
• Any other items that might be required.

REQUIREMENTS:

Qualifications –

• B.Com Information Systems Degree or similar Degree.

Experience/Skills –

• Experience in a financial systems environment and in data integration.
• Previous financial and Debtors experience.
• Advanced knowledge in the use of financial software applications and spreadsheets.
• The individual should be available when required after hours.

Advantageous –

• Experience in the Poultry Industry or FMCG.

ATTRIBUTES:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, as well as problem solving and planning skills are required.
