Insurance Sales Manager

About the position

REQUIREMENTS:

• A tertiary qualification, preferably in Sales and Marketing is essential
• 5 years Sales management experience
• MBA, MDP or similar management development programme would be advantageous
• Experience in the Insurance environment will be a distinct advantage
• Have OWN Vehicle

DUTIES:

• The incubent will be expected to provide strategic input and direction to the business on sustainable market share dominance over time
• Lead, motivate and develop a team of Broker Consultants in the Gauteng
• Responsible for implementing the sales strategy as defined for the business
• Responsible for achieving monthly and yearly sales targets
• Responsible for the management and control of the regional operational budget
