About the position

Senior New Business Broker. -e Commercial- Personal Lines

Job Title: Insurance Broker
Department: Global Department
Location: Bryanston

Salary range: R 45,000 - R 50,000

Start date: ASAP
Minimum education required:
RE5 Representative & Full Insurance Qualification (NQF Level 4)

Experience required:
- 5 years insurance broking experience

  • Handle the larger Global Accounts
  • Managing own client base, including client visits and clients' renewals (Obtaining quotations, putting together the presentation, firming up the renewal with both the client and Insurer.
  • Manage relationship with Insurers and London wholesale insurance brokers
  • Annual Renewals
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive spreadsheets and formal documentation using Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Draft and edit business correspondence (certificates, emails, spreadsheets, quotations and other documents) with clarity, precision and excellent business English.
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Credit Control
