Exciting Opportunity: Compliance Specialist (Permanent)
Location: Centurion
Industry: Leading National Development & Agricultural Financial Institution.

One of our clients, a prominent state-owned financial services organisation is seeking a Compliance Specialist to support it's insurance entities with regulatory reporting, policy governance, and compliance risk management.

This role is ideal for a compliance professional who thrives in regulated financial environments and wants to contribute to a nationally impactful institution.

What You Must Have.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Law.
  • 3+ years compliance management experience in financial services.
  • Knowledge of insurance legislation, CRMPs, and policy governance.
  • Strong regulatory interpretation & reporting capability.

What You Will Be Doing.

  • Compile & submit regulatory returns.
  • Review & monitor internal policies.
  • Maintain CRMPs across the regulatory universe.
  • Track new legislation & conduct compliance awareness.
  • Provide compliance advisory support to management.
