About the position
We are looking for a Claims Specialist who will assist the Head of Claims to manage all incoming claims in accordance with internal and legislative requirements in the spirit of Treating Customers Fairly. The work of the person who occupies the position needs to align with our sense of purpose and values.
CARDINAL AND FLEXI EXPERIENCE A MUST
As Claims Specialist you will report to the Head of Claims and your core duties shall include but not be limited to:
- The day-to-day admin in the claims department, updating documentation and assist with policy wording if and where necessary;
- Oversight of all claims and claims procedures relating to our numerous products; which includes:
- Assist with Claim-related complaints and inquiries;
- Ensure adherence and compliance with all internal rules, regulations, FAIS and legislative requirements as well as that of our Underwriter;
- To ensure customers are assisted and advised in the spirit of COMPANY to guarantee the fair treatment of customers as embedded within the culture of all financial services providers to provide and retain customer confidence and offer appropriate services with due diligence.
