Join Our Team as a Insurance Claims Consultant! NON - MOTOR

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for customer service? We're looking for a Claims Consultant to join our team! In this role, you will manage and process insurance claims, work closely with clients, and ensure fair and timely resolutions-all while delivering an outstanding customer experience. Minimum 5 year Insurance claims experience is a MUST.

What You'll Do:

? Handle and process insurance claims efficiently.
? Communicate with clients to provide support and updates.
? Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
? Analyze claims and resolve issues with accuracy and fairness.

What We're Looking For:

?? Experience in claims handling, insurance, or a related field (preferred).
?? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
?? Excellent communication (MUST) and interpersonal abilities.
?? High attention to detail and accuracy.
?? Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
?? Knowledge of industry regulations and claims processes (a plus).
?? Proficiency in SPM, 4sure, & Symbility (claims management systems).
??Previously worked at a Service Provider on an Insurance panel (Major plus)
