- 5+ years of experience in instructional design and curriculum development because you're a seasoned pro.

- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems, because your tech-savvy and always up-to-date.
- A deep understanding of adult learning principles and psychology because you know how to tailor content for maximum impact.
