About the position
- Conduct interviews to gain a better understanding of the content design requirements, preferences, thoughts, and flows.
- Develop the designs, suitable for the different devices that must be supported.
- Contribute to the development of a consistent experience and brand shaping look and feel.
- Take part in regular meetings onsite and via Teams.
- Liaise with stakeholders and team members.
- Regular updates and maintenance of content and modules
- Regular update and managing of the curriculum framework.
- Creation of Storyboards
- Creation of content and packaging
- Instructional Design of content
- Module packaging of content
- Graphic design and asset design for content
- UX and UI Design
- Design alignment with Corporate Identity standards and guidelines
- Any other tasks that are relevant to the design and development of training and content for the Hub
- Collaborate with teams, experts and operations to align content with training strategies.
- Collaborate with content contributors to understand target audiences, and build focused, role-specific learning paths.
- Regularly update and adapt materials based on trends, product developments, compliance changes and feedback received.
- Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process using templates.
Devise different modes of assessment, such as tests, activities, quizzes, to measure the effectiveness of the modules.
Minimum Requirements:
Education:
- Relevant Design Degree / Diploma / equivalent work Experience
- 3+ years’ experience in instructional design and curriculum development
- 3+ years’ experience using design software such as Adobe CC Suite and Articulate
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and psychology
Essential Skills:
- Design storyboard learning activities with high impact training materials, and assessments aligned with learning objectives.
- Create engaging and interactive learning content using various tools and technologies.
- Develop e-learning modules, instructor-led presentations, job aids, and micro-learning materials.
- Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations)
- Prepare content files in SCORM format, for packaging and ingestion into platform.
- Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter
- Being able to design and develop in
- Adbe Photoshop
- Adbe Illustrator
- Articulate
- Micrsoft PowerPoint
- Micrsoft Teams
- Camtasia (Vide recording software)
- Basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Advantageous:
- Being able to access channels to stay abreast and integrate trends and best practices in learning technologies with instructional design (ie: Micro-learning and Mobile learning)
- Utilize and design in authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline/Rise, Adobe Captivate) to produce online courses.
- Integrating AI, VR and AR capabilities into a blended learning approach
- Managing multiple stakeholders and being able to plan and prioritise.
- Agile development methodologies
- Working with formal project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
