About the position

Insolvency Administrator at Pretoria-East based firm.

Minimum Requirements
Matric
2+ year's insolvency administration experience

Overview of duties
Prepare and lodge requisitions.
Compile an office file on new matters based on the requirements as set out in the check sheet.
Ensure Lodgement of Affidavit of Non-Interest and Bond of Security/Endorsements/Undertaking.
Correspondence to Jointly Appointed Liquidator/Trustee regarding admin and fee structure.
Submit a request to the Master to convene 1st Meeting of Creditors of Companies or Insolvent.
Follow up on 1st Meeting of Creditors with Master's Office on PTY's.
Convene 1st meeting directly if CC.
Liaise with company directors/company HR to collate employee information and prepare employee claims.
Liaise with employees and unions on an ongoing basis regarding the status of administrative process.
Prepare Preliminary Creditors' Report based on information from Interview and CM 100.
Arrange Valuation of Assets vesting in the estate.
Ensure that Bond Reduction is applied for from Master based on valuation of assets.
Request the opening of Estate Bank Account.
Obtain final Certificate of Appointment after 1st meeting of creditors.
Prepare Liquidation/Trustee's Report and submit to Joint for perusal and signature.
Convene 2nd Meeting of Creditors subsequent to obtaining minutes of First Meeting from Master's Office.
Advertise 2 weeks before meeting date in Government Gazette, Citizen and Beeld.
Forward report to all known creditors 2 weeks before meeting date.
Collate claims for creditors to be lodged with meeting pack.
Forward instructions to Meeting Attendee to prove claims and adopt resolutions.
Collate meeting pack.
Lodge meeting pack 24 hours prior to scheduled meeting at relevant Master's Office.
Follow up minutes of meetings and proved claims.
Collect occupational rental where applicable.
Attend to arrangements of auction/sale of assets.
Attend to admin related to transfer of immovable assets when sold.
Collect contributions of members/directors/insolvents in terms of loose assets in the estate.

Salary Bracket
Marketed related CTC depending on experience, qualification(s) and current / previous package
