About the position
The Insights Analyst plays a key role in gathering and analysing market intelligence to support strategic decision-making. This role is responsible for tracking industry trends, consumer behaviour, media campaign performance, and competitor activity to ensure the business remains ahead of market developments. By delivering actionable insights and data-driven recommendations, the Insights Analyst helps inform planning, optimise campaign performance, and contribute to overall business growth.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or Media/Communications.
Minimum Experience:
4-5 years experience in analysing and interpreting complex data sets and translate findings into actionable insights.
Strong understanding of media campaign performance metrics, customer and market research, and strategic planning.
Proficiency in data tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and at least one data visualisation platform (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
Experience with research methodologies and synthesising qualitative and quantitative data from multiple sources.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Proficient in MS Office (Excel (Advanced), PowerPoint, Word etc.)
Interest in data and data analysis
Understanding of basic media planning principles and retail media
Desired Skills:
