  • Configure, test, and deploy system enhancements and new modules.
  • Ensure optimal use of current systems such as procurement, accounting, and reporting tools.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and reduce manual processes.

Data management and reporting:

  • Ensure data integrity across all systems, including tenant, lease, financial, and asset data.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for management (e.g., arrears, NOI, cashflow, budgets).
  • Support month-end and year-end processes through accurate system data and reporting.
  • Assist in integrating systems for consolidated reporting across the property fund.

Stakeholder engagement:

  • Act as the key liaison between finance, property management, asset management IT, and external vendors.
  • Provide system training and support to internal users.
  • Translate technical concepts into business-friendly language for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Lead the internal IT team to ensure responsive support, effective issue resolution, and alignment between IT delivery and business priorities.
  • Manage relationships with system vendors and service providers.

Governance and compliance:

  • Ensure systems align with company policies, procedures, and approval frameworks (DOA).
  • Support audit requirements by ensuring accurate system controls and data trails.
  • Maintain proper documentation of system processes, changes, and configurations.

Project management

  • Participate in or lead system-related projects, including upgrades, migrations, and integrations.
  • Monitor timelines, deliverables, and project risks.
  • Support digital transformation initiatives within the property fund.

Minimum Requirements
