Industrial Engineer - Supply Chain and Customer Success Solutions

About the position

Our esteemed client in the telecoms industry is looking for a suitably qualified individual (NQF 7 or higher) to take up this exciting role.

You will be responsible for Client Relationship Management and collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders regarding the continuous improvement, design and implementation of supply chain and logistics solutions to suit their business need and to ensure seamless handoffs from pre-sales to post-sales processes.

Competencies/skills required include:

• Completed tertiary qualification (Bachelor's Degree) in Engineering. NQF 7 is required
• Industrial Engineering or related qualification is advantageous
• 3 Years' experience in implementing supply chain technology
• Demonstrated capability of delivering value for business
• Strong consultative delivery skills
• Project Management experience
• Willing to from time-to-time work extended hours, and willing to travel locally
• Driver's license with own vehicle
