About the position

Minimum Requirements

• Industrial Engineering Degree/Diploma
• 4 – 5 Years relevant experience within a manufacturing environment
• Proficient on MS Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Review production schedules, processes, and specifications to enhance efficiency and meet targets
• Design production processes focused on maximizing efficiency and minimizing waste
• Implement process improvements and technological upgrades for enhanced productivity
• Develop control systems to reduce costs and address production issues
• Establish design and production standards in collaboration with management
• Prepare material lists, purchase orders, cost analysis, and estimated production costs
• Design facility layouts and determine personnel requirements for optimized operations
• Train staff on new processes, providing clear instructions and manuals
• Manage process documentation and prepare concise production reports
