You're outgoing, confident on the phone, and energised by speaking to people all day. You enjoy working at pace, juggling multiple enquiries, and keeping things organised behind the scenes. Detail matters to you, but so does delivering a great client experience. You thrive in a collaborative, performance-driven environment and take pride in being reliable, proactive, and solutions-focused.
You'll manage all inbound sales enquiries across calls, web, and listings, ensuring every lead is responded to quickly and professionally. You'll qualify and allocate leads to the relevant leasing executives, coordinate and schedule site viewings with park managers, and follow up on lead progress and conversions. You'll handle lead vetting, maintain accurate CRM records, track data and feedback, and identify trends that support ongoing optimisation. You'll also provide general administrative and operational support to the leasing team while ensuring clients receive consistently high levels of service. You'll love this role as it is the first within the organisation, so you'll really have the opportunity to make it your own.

You'll be a South African citizen with experience handling high inbound call volumes and coordinating leads or enquiries. Strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and confidence using CRM systems, Excel, and Microsoft Office are essential. You must be comfortable working office-based in a dynamic team environment.
