About the position

Our client is seeking an E-commerce Inbound Manager who will be instrumental in managing and enhancing the inbound logistics and warehouse operations. This role is perfect for a proactive leader with a keen eye for process optimization and a passion for quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the inbound stock process and daily operations with a keen focus on quality and efficiency.
  • Manage a dedicated warehouse team, ensuring timely stock replenishment and waste management.
  • Drive continuous improvement by developing and implementing standard operating procedures.

Requirements:

  • A tertiary qualification in supply chain management, logistics, engineering, or project management.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in production, supply chain management, logistics, or e-commerce.
  • Proven staff management skills and a performance-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in both Afrikaans and English, with excellent communication abilities.
  • An innovative approach to problem-solving and a strong ambition to excel.
