What you'll be doing (and why you'll enjoy it)

As the Legal Counsel, you'll drive legal projects and activities, acting as in-house counsel. You'll be deeply involved in reviewing and negotiating a wide array of contracts and providing legal advice across service lines. What you'll need

You are an admitted attorney of the High Court, and come with at least 5 years of post articles experience, preferably within the professional services industry. Your experience should demonstrate solid commercial drafting, negotiation skills, and a developed commercial awareness. Familiarity with audit industry regulations, coupled with excellent administration and relationship-building skills, will set you apart. A willingness to work overtime and the flexibility to travel if required are essential for this role.
