Imports Clerk - International Supply Chain

- Salary: R20 000 - R25 000 per month

What you will do:
- Coordinate imports from order placement to warehouse delivery
- Manage shipment tracking, ETAs, and shipping documents (BOLs, COOs, commercial invoices)
- Liaise with clearing agents, freight forwarders, and suppliers across regions
- Track payments, resolve supplier queries, and report on shipment status
- Participate in weekly meetings to ensure operational and financial alignment
What we're looking for:
- 2 to 5 years' experience in logistics or import coordination (international shipping is essential)
- Matric and a tertiary qualification in supply chain or logistics (preferred)
- Strong Excel and logistics system experience (pivot tables, formulas, Odoo or similar)
- Attention to detail, clear communicator, and confident decision-maker
- Able to manage pressure, juggle multiple deadlines, and work independently
