About the position

Duties:

• 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager


• ERP Implementation (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
  
  • Deploying an enterprise system to manage accounting, procurement, and reporting
  
  
  • Example: Migrating a company from spreadsheets to SAP S/4HANA
  
  
  
  


• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Tools
  
  • Implementing budgeting/forecasting platforms like Anaplan or Adaptive Insights
  
  
  
  


• Robotic Process Automation (RPA) in Finance
  
  • Automating invoice processing or reconciliations using UiPath
  
  
  
  

Reporting & Compliance Projects

• IFRS Implementation
  
  
  • Transitioning financial reporting to International Financial Reporting Standards
  
  
  • Example: Implementing IFRS 16 lease accounting systems
  
  
  
  


• Internal Controls / SOX Compliance
  
  • Designing and implementing controls for audit readiness
  
  
  • Example: Aligning processes with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act
  
  
  
  


• ESG Reporting Systems
  
  • Building processes to track environmental and social metrics alongside financials
  
  
  
  

Treasury & Cash Management

• Treasury Management System (TMS) Implementation
  
  
  • Deploying tools like Kyriba for cash visibility
  
  
  
  


• Working Capital Optimisation
  
  • Implementing policies to improve receivables/payables cycles
  
  
  
  


• Banking Integration Projects

Minimum Requirements:

Education

• IT Degree OR IT Diploma with PM or Scrum Master certification (PRINCE2, PMP, or Scrum Master qualifications) plus work experience. Specifically with finance-focused implementation projects.


• Or PM or Scrum Master certifications without an IT Degree OR IT Diploma, but then solid work experience. Specifically with finance-focused implementation projects.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite


• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Project


• Experience with Azure DevOps


• Experience with any additional project management tools will be beneficial
