About the position
Position Overview
CoSauce is seeking an experienced ERP Implementation Manager to lead enterprise resource planning initiatives for our key construction and operations client. This role will drive the successful deployment, configuration, and optimization of ERP systems to streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency across multiple project sites and business units.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership
- Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects from planning through go-live and post-implementation support
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, operations, finance, and client stakeholders
- Manage project budgets, scope, and deliverables to ensure on-time, on-budget completion
System Configuration & Integration
- Configure ERP modules including financials, procurement, inventory management, project accounting, and reporting
- Design and implement system integrations with existing client platforms and third-party applications
- Develop and execute data migration strategies ensuring data integrity and accuracy
- Create custom workflows and business process automation within the ERP framework
Stakeholder Management
- Serve as primary liaison between CoSauce and client leadership on ERP initiatives
- Conduct requirements gathering sessions with business users across departments
- Facilitate change management processes and user adoption strategies
- Provide regular project updates and status reports to executive stakeholders
Training & Support
- Develop comprehensive training programs for end-users at all levels
- Create documentation including user guides, process flows, and standard operating procedures
- Establish support structures for ongoing system maintenance and optimization
- Mentor junior team members on ERP best practices and methodologies
Required Qualifications
Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on ERP implementation experience (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar)
- 3+ years in a project management role with demonstrated success leading complex technology initiatives
- Experience with construction, manufacturing, or project-based industries preferred
- Background in BPO or client services environment highly desirable
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of ERP architecture, modules, and integration capabilities
- Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and reporting tools
- Experience with cloud-based ERP platforms and SaaS implementations
- Knowledge of API integrations and middleware solutions
- Familiarity with business intelligence and analytics tools
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to translate technical concepts for business users
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
- Experience managing remote and distributed teams
- Client-facing experience with ability to build strong relationships
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification
- ERP vendor certifications (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with agile/scrum methodologies
- Knowledge of construction management software and industry-specific ERP modules
Desired Skills:
- experience integrating or implementing QuickBooks NetSuite Sage or similar systems

- Experience working at a SaaS company ERP vendor or in an accounting systems consultancy
