About the position
We’re building a powerful platform that helps teams streamline their software delivery and release processes. As our Solutions & Implementation Engineer, you’ll be the go-to technical problem-solver, helping customers connect the dots between our product and their goals.
From pre-sales demos that wow clients to post-sales implementations that make them wonder how they ever worked without us, you’ll be the bridge between technology, business, and customer success.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
3+ years in implementation, solutions engineering, or QA automation with customer-facing experience.
Hands-on scripting/coding skills (Python, JavaScript) and knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Familiar with QA processes, APIs, CI/CD, and test management systems.
Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Experience creating technical documentation, solution architecture, and leading workshops.
Adaptable, organized, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-first mindset with collaborative and proactive approach.
