About the position

We are looking for an experienced ICU Registered Nurse who would like to step into a broader clinical support and mentoring role within a leading healthcare staffing agency, based in Century City.
This position supports our Clinical Facilitator in overseeing a large network of agency nurses working in private hospitals across Cape Town. The role involves daily hospital visits, supporting nurses in the clinical environment, maintaining professional standards, and building strong relationships with Unit Managers.
The Role

  • Visit private hospitals to support and guide agency nurses on shift
  • Assist with orientation and induction of new nursing staff
  • Build relationships with Unit Managers and Nursing Management
  • Help ensure clinical standards, professionalism and performance are maintained
  • Assist with incident follow-up and clinical documentation
  • Provide hands-on support where needed in the clinical environment

Requirements
  • SANC Registered Professional Nurse
  • ICU experience essential
  • Minimum 5 years hospital experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle (daily travel required)
  • Comfortable working independently and managing a hospital visit schedule
  • Computer literacy (MS Office)
