You'll verify customer information, process incoming orders, resolve queries, and work closely with multiple teams to ensure every customer enjoys a seamless experience.
No two days are the same, you'll be balancing administration, customer communication, order validation, and problem-solving, all while maintaining the highest levels of accuracy and professionalism.
