Take full accountability for the accuracy of the asset management inventory
and all associated asset documentation
Take responsibility for thoroughly understanding the organization's current
and future technology roadmap, identifying both existing and future asset
needs, and managing the associated asset lifecycle
Provide input and implement ICT asset management policies and
procedures
Generate, prepare and present monthly reports to management on ICT asset
management, including stock levels, active contracts, upcoming contracts
expirations and PO balances.

About The Employer:
- Provide accurate, timely asset management data and information during
audit period
Ensure 100% accuracy in the tracking, regular updating and utilization of ICT
assets
Maintain and regularly review the organization's ICT asset inventory,
including details such as asset ownership, value, warranty, refresh dates,
end-of-life data, and fixed asset registers
Oversee the execution of regular ICT asset audits to ensure accuracy and
compliance
Ensure new starters receive the necessary equipment for their roles
Ensure equipment is retrieved from terminated employees
Work closely with the ICT Services Manager to report any deviations from
established processes.
Coordinate with the SCM and Finance teams to track budget approvals,
RFQs/RFPs, and other related processes
Manage peripheral assets, including headphones, data cards, and other
hardware
Provide recommendations to senior leadership to continuously improve the
ICT Asset Management program and its evolution
Oversee asset disposals, ensuring hardware removal and retirement comply
with environmental regulations and sustainability practices
Undertake additional tasks, projects, and responsibilities as required within
the scope of the position
