Hygiene Consultant Minimum Requirements Overview of position The Hygiene Consultant will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers by performing service calls, training customer staff, processing orders, and assessing equipment and areas. This individual will ensure that hygiene standards are met, assist with deliveries when required, support the debtors team, and contribute to achieving full-service offerings for customers. Matric
2+ years' experience in hygiene / sanitation / related services industry
Driver's license and own vehicle
Service Calls: Perform routine service calls to clients, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery to meet hygiene and equipment requirements
Customer Training: Provide training to customer staff on hygiene best practices, equipment usage, and maintenance to ensure compliance with health standards
Checklists: Manage detailed checklists to ensure all hygiene-related procedures and equipment are checked and maintained to high standards
New Customer Acquisition: Identify and engage with potential customers, expanding the customer base through effective networking and relationship building
Equipment Assessment & Reports: Assess customer equipment for functionality and hygiene standards, providing reports with recommendations for improvements or replacements
Area Assessment: Regularly assess customer areas for cleanliness and compliance with hygiene standards, ensuring that all areas meet company and industry hygiene criteria
Client Audits: Assist with client audits within our scope, ensuring that all hygiene criteria are met and providing feedback to customers on their performance
Debtors Team Support: Work alongside the debtors team to assist with the recovery of outstanding balances from the customer base
Hygiene Audit & Evaluation: Understand hygiene audit criteria and evaluate client results to ensure they are meeting required standards
File & Manual Management: Ensure that all hygiene files and tank manuals are checked and up to date, following company protocols
Full Basket Service Offering: Ensure that all customers receive a full range of services, products, and support to address their hygiene needs
Processing of orders, quotes and distribution thereof
POD Audit trail, scanning and attaching all POD's to Acumatica
Checking and loading of orders on invoice
Market-related and dependent on experience, qualifications, and current / previous salary package.
