Human Resources Specialist

About the position

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
• Proven experience and knowledge in payroll, recruitment, labour relations, training, compliance and performance management
• Knowledge of all labour relations legislation
• Knowledge of Sage VIP payroll experience essential
• Minimum of 5 years experience

DUTIES:

• Develop and implement training programs
• Design and deliver onboarding programmes for new staff
• Organize career development initiatives, such as mentoring programmes, career paths, and succession planning
• Conflict management and disciplinary matters
• Administer the monthly payroll using Sage VIP Payroll system
• Develop, review and implement human resource policies, procedures and processes
