About the position

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred
- 10+ years of experience in HR management, with at least 5 years in a Senior HR management or Executive HR role, ideally within the manufacturing or industrial sector
- Experience with BBBEE management, compliance & strategies
- Experience managing Employment Equity initiatives
Responsibilities:
- Align HR strategies with business goals, ensuring that the workforce across all business units (manufacturing, warehousing, and commercial offices)
- Serve as an Advisor to the Executive team on all human capital matters
- Oversee organizational design to ensure the business is structured efficiently to meet strategic goals
- Formulate and implement a new strategy for BBBEE
- Develop and execute Employment Equity plans that comply with current and upcoming legislation
- Develop and implement talent acquisition and retention strategies
- Manage performance management processes
- Manage IR related matters
- Monitor Skills Development programs established through BBBEE & NIPP
- Knowledgeable on SA laws & ensure the company’s HR policies comply with SA labour laws and global corporate standards
- Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives
- Oversee BBBEE management and re-certification efforts
- Guide the HR Manager and EE Committees in developing and implementing effective plans that support EE
- Oversee the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs
- Monitor market trends and ensure the company remains competitive in its remuneration offerings
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements related to payroll, taxation, and employee benefits
- Manage the payroll system, ensuring accurate processing and reporting directly to the CFO
- Develop and track key HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives
- Provide regular reports and updates to the CEO/CFO/EXCO on workforce trends, headcount, and other HR performance metrics
- Ensure that the HR Manager maintains and reports on BBBEE progress
- Lead change management initiatives, including the integration of new processes, technologies, and organizational structures
- Develop an employee wellness strategy and engage with Stakeholders and Suppliers to ensure the efficient and effective implementation of the strategyRemuneration:Excellent ctc package negotiable depending on qualification and experienceTO APPLY:
