Human Resources Business Partner (EE)
Kempton Park, Gauteng
Up to R45,000 per month
We're looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner to join our team and support the HR Director in driving strategic HR initiatives. If you have a strong background in industrial relations and HR operations within a manufacturing environment, this could be the role for you!
Key Responsibilities

• Provide IR support, manage hearings, and represent the company at CCMA/Bargaining Council.
• Drive end-to-end recruitment aligned with EE/BBBEE goals.
• Lead onboarding and maintain accurate HRIS records.
• Support training, HR reporting, and global HR projects.
• Coordinate wellness initiatives and company events.

What We're Looking For
? Degree in HR/Industrial Relations (preferred)
? 6-8 years' experience in a similar role
? Proven experience in a manufacturing environment
? Strong knowledge of SA labour legislation
? Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving & organisational skills
? Resides within 25 km of Spartan, Kempton Park
