A leading national retail and supply chain business is looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join its dynamic HR team. ? Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
? 5+ years' experience as an HR Business Partner or in a senior generalist HR role.
? Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation, including the BCEA, LRA, EEA, and Skills Development Act.
? Experience supporting multiple business units within a retail, FMCG, logistics, manufacturing, or operational environment.
? Proven experience in employee relations, performance management, and change management.
? Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
? Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
? Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR information systems.
? Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel when required.
