Salary: R15 000 - R20 000 per month

We are a dynamic and growing company in the road transport industry, providing premium
cross-border services in the South African market. Alongside our core business, we offer
auxiliary services to support our clients with seamless operations and compliance.
We are looking for an organised and proactive Human Resource Assistant to join our team. The
successful candidate will support the HR department in delivering efficient administration,
recruitment, compliance, and employee relations services.
? Provide administrative support to the HR team to ensure smooth daily operations.
? Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
? Coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings, shortlisting, interview
scheduling, and candidate communication.
? Facilitate employee onboarding, induction, and training processes.
? Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
? Support Industrial Relations (IR) matters in collaboration with Labour Consultants.
? Ensure compliance with South African labour laws and relevant regulations.
? Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
? 2-4 years' experience in HR and/or IR administration.
? Valid driver's licence and own transport (advantageous).
? Strong organisational, time management, and communication skills.
? Proficient in MS O??ice Suite and HR information systems.
? Knowledge of South African labour legislation and HR best practices.
