About the position
Purpose of the Job: Reporting to the Manager: Human Capital Information Systems, the Analyst: Human Capital Information Systems is responsible for driving the optimisation of Human Capital Information Systems (HCIS) to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of people management data and analytics. This role involves analysing People Management data, generating quality reports, supporting people management processes, and ensuring data integrity and compliance. The Analyst must have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Human Resources Management or related qualifications
- A certification in SAP HCM.
