What you'll be doing (and why you'll enjoy it) In this role you'll be the 2IC to the Head of Human Capital. You will manage the full recruitment cycle - from shaping role profiles to sourcing, interviewing and onboarding great talent. Alongside this, you'll provide hands-on support across Human Capital including projects like succession planning, benchmarking, talent development and more. You'll also partner with managers on workforce planning, employee engagement and policy implementation. You'll also be ensuring smooth administration, accurate data and meaningful reporting. Every day will bring a mix of operational and strategic exposure, giving you insight into Human Capital across multiple industries/companies within the group. Where you'll be doing it Our client is a dynamic organisation based in Bryanston with strong roots in financial services, property management and ICT. They pride themselves on forward-thinking strategies and a culture that values collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement. You'll be joining a supportive Human Capital team dedicated to nurturing talent and building future leaders. This is a 4 day in office and 1 day work from home after probation. What you'll need A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar, plus minimum 5 years' experience in talent management/human capital. You'll be confident with systems and data, ideally familiar with ATS or HR databases. We're looking for someone that's proactive, solutions driven, self-managed and motivated. An achiever that's results driven and people centric. Easy to engage with and has a high level of emotional intelligence, is mature and confident.
