About the position
Location: Remote Overview Our client is actively seeking a skilled HubSpot Administrator to support the ongoing implementation and long-term administration of their HubSpot CRM. This is a high-impact role that will begin by helping complete their current rollout and evolve into managing and optimizing the platform across multiple business units and sister companies. Key Responsibilities Support and complete the HubSpot CRM implementation, focusing on Sales Workflows, Reporting, and Sales Automation Customize and configure pipelines, workflows, custom properties, lead scoring, and user roles Create and maintain dashboards and reports tailored to department-specific KPIs Ensure data integrity, lead deduplication, and compliance with data governance standards Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to align system design with business goals Onboard new users and develop internal training and documentation Manage ongoing integrations and support future expansion into sister companies Stay current on HubSpot releases and implement relevant new features Serve as the main point of contact for HubSpot support and vendors Requirements 3+ years of experience as a HubSpot Administrator or CRM Implementation Specialist HubSpot Certifications strongly preferred (CRM Implementation, Operations Hub, Marketing Software) Deep understanding of HubSpot tools: Workflows, Reporting, Custom Properties, Sequences, Lists, Lead Scoring Experience supporting CRM integrations with other tools or APIs (integration experience is a plus ex Zapier, Boomi) Strong grasp of sales and marketing processes in B2B, SaaS, or logistics environments Comfortable working independently and cross-functionally across teams Bonus: Knowledge of HubSpot CMS, custom-coded actions, or experience rolling out HubSpot across multiple entities
