About the position
Our Client in the Southern Suburbs is looking for a Tech-Savvy Payroll Analyst.
If you have experience analysing HR and Payroll Data on Sage and Excel, we are looking for you!
HR:
You will work with the HR and Finance teams on designing and enhancing dashboards and reporting systems.
You will build a digitised employee reporting function that produces high-quality and accurate employee data.
Payroll:
You will oversee all aspects of the payroll process.
Handle accurate and timely payroll payments.
Ensure all payroll processes and records are reconciled and up to date.
You are responsible for ensuring that all payroll documentation and reports are updated and accurate for audits.
Qualifications:
CIMA or CA(SA) is preferred
Accounting post-graduate degree (minimum)
Required Experience
Relevant experience in a role where you have worked with HRIS systems, employee reporting, and payroll.
Must have strong SAGE and Excel experience.
A strong understanding of payroll processes and systems
We are looking for Payroll candidates who are systems-oriented and keen on digitising and automating the Payroll and HR Reporting space.
