HRD Business Partner - TMM at Glencore

About the position

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Reporting to the Business Partner (HRD) Snr and ensure performance of on the job coaching and assessments, and constantly ensure that the theoretical and practical training presented at the Training Centre is aligned and relevant to the tasks and jobs being done at the operations by applying expertise and specialist knowledge.
• Ensuring that all Mining Employees receive relevant training to enable them to perform their daily tasks in a safe manner.
• Ensuring all Mining facilitators adhere to the MQA code of conduct and to provide quality training in compliance with the ISO 9001:2015 Standard, Glencore's policies and procedures, Human Resources Processes and ensure that leaners are familiar with all company and legal requirements and changes.
• Ensuring that all training material is updated as required per changes due to company procedures, OEM, and legislation.
• Making sure all reports are accurate, plan and prepare all training interventions, and identify needs of organisation, leaners and legal requirements including but not limited to leading intergrade systems.
• Compliance with the company's HSEC system and ensuring implementation of management decisions, legal requirements, and the company standards/policies.

Desired Experience & Qualification

About you: (All requirements below are essential unless otherwise specified)

• Grade 12.
• Formal qualification in Training ODEDTP Level 5.
• Blasting ticket.
• Assessor certificate.
• Moderator certificate.
• Computer literacy (MS Office Suite)
• Driver's license and own transport.
• At least five (5) years' experience on UG TMM's and operating certificates.
• At least two (2) years' training/coaching experience.
