HR Superintendent

About the position

We are seeking a well-presented candidate to work as a HR Superintendent at a reputable mine based in Northern Cape

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Tech / Degree (NQF Level 7) in Human Resources
• Post Graduate qualification in Honours Human Resources / Leadership equivalent (Recommended)
• Minimum of five (5) years operational HR Generalist experience (EE, Recruitment, Labour Relations, Skills Development)
• Minimum of one (1) years Supervisory / Management experience
• Minimum of two (2) years practical experience in Employment Equity planning and statutory reporting, experience interacting with regulators (DMR, DOL, Municipalities); exposure to Mining Charter, SLP and BBBEE workforce compliance processes, experience presenting to governance forums and engaging with unions
