About the position
Hire Resolve’s Client is urgently looking for an experienced HR Superintendent to be based at corporate offices in Gauteng!
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive recruitment support, including sourcing, shortlisting, interview coordination, reference checks, and contract processing.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll input submission.
- Support employee benefits administration and liaise with providers for medical aid, pension, and related services.
- Coordinate annual salary reviews, incentive bonus processes, and assist with manpower budgeting and planning.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and support job evaluation processes.
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Degree in Human Resources Management
- 5 years of HR Generalist role experience in a mining environment
