About the position
Role Purpose: The HR Operational Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for providing comprehensive HR support to the operations team. This role serves as a key link between HR and operational teams, overseeing HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, learning and development, and general HR administration. The HRBP ensures that business units receive proactive, hands-on HR support, helping to build a productive and engaged workforce while ensuring compliance with labour laws and company policies They will work closely with the IR Manager and Industrial Relations team to ensure a collaborative approach between HR and IR functions.
