HR Officer

About the position

A well-established company based in the East Rand is seeking a HR Officer with Sage 300 experience to join their team.
REQUIREMENTS

• SAGE 300 People experience essential
• Grade 12 (Matric) + HR related qualification (advantageous)
• 2–3 years HR Generalist experience
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Basic knowledge of Labour Relations and payroll administration
• Strong admin, planning and reporting skills
• Ability to work under pressure with strong attention to detail

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• HR and payroll administration on SAGE 300 People
• Maintain employee records, contracts and personnel files
• Support recruitment, onboarding, promotions and terminations
• Process leave and update HR systems accurately
• Assist with payroll inputs and night shift allowance calculations
• Manage training records, certifications and compliance tracking
• Coordinate uniforms, PPE, permits and access control documentation
• Prepare HR letters, reports and compliance documents
