A well-established manufacturing organisation is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to support and manage the full spectrum of Human Resources functions. This role is ideal for a hands-on HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, operational environment.

? Relevant HR qualification (Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or related field)
? 3–5 years’ experience in an HR Officer or similar generalist role
? Solid knowledge of South African labour legislation
? Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment will be advantageous
? Strong administrative, organisational, and communication skills
? Proficient in MS Office and HR/payroll systems
? Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
