About the position
Hire Resolve’s Client is urgently looking for an experienced HR Officer to be based at a mine in the Gauteng!
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection
- Oversee onboarding processes
- Handle employee relations matters
- Coordinate training and development initiatives
- Administer employee benefits
- Ensure compliance and prepare HR reports
- Maintain and update job profiles
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Degree in Human Resources Management
- Minimum of 3-5 years in Human Resources of which 3 is in the mining environment
- Valid driver’s license
