About the position

Our client, a sole importer and distributor of various items to the fashion/retail industry in Southern Africa is looking for a qualified and experienced HR Officer to join their team!



Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Relevant HR Diploma or Degree is required
• Valid Drivers License with Own Car
• 3-5yrs experience as a HR Officer in a similar industry
• MS Office literate

Responsibilities:

• Full HR function
• Talent management and recruitment (head office & retail stores)
• Staff onboarding
• Employee wellness
• Training and Skills Development Co-ordination
• Handle all IR related matters with the assistance of a 3rd party
• Develop the Work skills plan
• Maintain and update all relevant HR policies within the company
• Maintain positive company culture by ensuring events and activities are held that support and enhance employee wellness and company culture
