About the position

Duties & Responsibilities

• Administrative support in all aspects of HR daily operations while complying to company policies and legislative requirements.
• Facilitate wellness programmes and HR projects
• Execution of recruitment and selection activities as well as induction of new employees
• Actively assist in the performance and training management and processes of the company
• Maintain effective people practices and employee relations between the company and employees
• End-to-end HR service visibility with service levels that meet expectations

Desired Experience & Qualification

• National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent.
• Three-year qualification in Human Resources.
• Valid driver's licence.
• 3 years' Human Resource generalist experience.
• 3 years' experience in HR reporting (internally and externally).
• Proficiency in SAGE 300 People.
• Advanced literacy in the MS Office Suite.
• Knowledge of relevant HR legislation.
