About the position
Our client is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join the Markman, Port Elizabeth team on a contract basis.
· Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
· Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures, handle employee grievances, and ensure a positive work environment.
· Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate employee records and assisting with benefits administration.
· Assist with performance appraisals, goal-setting, and employee development initiatives.
· employee training programs and track learning and development initiatives.
· Maintain and update employee records, contracts, leave management, and HR documentation.
Requirements· Grade 12
· HR qualification preferred,
· Minimum of 2-5 years of HR experience in a similar role.
· Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
· Valid drivers license and own transport,
· Must be available to start immediately,
