About the position
Hire Resolve’s Client is urgently looking for a HR Manager: Mining to be based in Mpumalanga!
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with business goals, supporting organizational growth and culture.
- Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition, workforce planning, and employer branding to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
- Manage employee relations, handle conflict resolution, and ensure fair disciplinary processes and compliance with CCMA requirements.
- Drive performance management processes, including appraisals, coaching, and succession planning for high-potential talent.
- Ensure HR policy compliance with labour legislation, support Employment Equity and BBBEE initiatives, and provide accurate HR reporting.
- Maintain HR systems and records, support payroll processes, and oversee employee benefits administration.
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource or related field
- 7-10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a manager level position within a mining environment
- Valid Driver’s License
