About the position
Hire Resolve’s Client is urgently looking for an experienced HR Manager to join their Head Office in Gauteng!
Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
- Ensure legislative compliance and reporting across BBBEE, Employment Equity, and Skills Development.
- Drive talent management through workforce planning, training, succession planning, and retention strategies.
- Lead transformation initiatives, including diversity, GBVF programs, and BEE scorecard management.
- Manage HR reporting, community development projects, ESOP administration, and group-wide HR systems.
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Tertiary Qualification in Human Resources.
- 5 years experience in a senior Generalist role within a Mining environment
- Experience in dispute resolution, conflict management, CCMA processes and experience in budgeting and cost management.
