A leading medical diagnostics and laboratory services laboratory group is seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee their HR operations and payroll functions. This is an incredible opportunity to join a growing, dynamic team in the healthcare services sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Management: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Payroll & Benefits Administration: Oversee and manage the end-to-end payroll function, ensuring high accuracy, compliance with local tax laws, and timely processing.
- Employee Relations: Manage employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues, fostering a positive and compliant working environment.
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Manage the recruitment and selection process to secure top-tier clinical and administrative talent.
- Performance & Compliance: Oversee performance appraisal systems and ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management (labor laws, health and safety regulations).
- Policy Development: Nurture a positive working environment and continuously refine internal HR policies and procedures.
Requirements- Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, or a highly related field.
- Experience: Proven working experience as an HR Manager, specifically within a corporate or healthcare environment.
- Technical Skills: Strong, hands-on experience managing and executing payroll systems is an absolute must-have for this role.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR/IR best practices.
- Attributes: Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills; competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
