About the position
Medium-sized, successful Manufacturing and Distribution Company that has grown significantly year-on-year, requires a HR Manager who can create a well-run Department from scratch! The HR Function is being done by Finance at the moment, but the Staff Compliment has grown to 110 over Four Branches, so now needs its own HR Department. You will need to put all HR Policies and Procedures in place, which will include IR; Recruitment; Training; BEE; Inductions and Terminations amongst others. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned HR Professional, who wants to make this Department her own!
It is a Company that is Staff Focused, so you will be reporting into the Executive Team monthly. If you have a fantastic track record in Mid-Sized Companies doing a similar role, this may be the position for you.
HR Degree or Diploma. 8-10 years' experience in a similar role essential.
